LEGACY LAUNCHPAD CHALLENGE SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Kingdom Legacy Blueprint (“Coach”, “Company”, or “we”), and the individual enrolling in the Legacy Launchpad Challenge ("Client", “Participant”, or “you”).

By enrolling in the Legacy Launchpad Challenge (the “Challenge”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Overview

The Legacy Launchpad Challenge is a one-on-one virtual coaching experience designed to help Christian entrepreneurs gain clarity, structure, and action steps toward building a faith-driven business.

Participants choose one of two tracks:

  • 3-Session Track (Free): Requires a signed Commitment Letter or a donation (of any amount) to a ministry, charity, or cause of your choice, with a screenshot sent to [email protected].

  • 5-Session Track ($97): Requires a one-time refundable deposit, applied as a credit if the participant continues into a coaching program. This option includes a public Session 5 presentation where the participant may invite guests.

2. Coaching Terms

  • All sessions are conducted via Zoom and scheduled through Calendly.

  • Participants are expected to schedule all sessions as closely together as possible to preserve momentum and ensure continuity.

  • After each session, participants will receive personalized action steps to implement.

  • For the 5-session option, clients agree to invite 3–5 guests to observe the final session and may have Legacy Seat observers present (with consent).

3. Legacy Seat Observers

By participating in the 5-session track, you consent to allow muted observers (“Legacy Seats”) to sit in during sessions for training and inspiration purposes. These observers will not interact or interfere.

4. Payment Terms (5-Session Track Only)

  • The $97 payment is a refundable deposit.

  • If the participant does not continue into a paid coaching program after completing the 5 sessions, the deposit will be refunded.

  • If the participant enrolls in a paid coaching program, the $97 will be applied to their first payment.

  • No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or incomplete participation.

5. No Guarantees

You acknowledge that results are dependent on your individual effort, business niche, follow-through, and circumstances.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, income levels, or business success. Coaching is intended for educational and strategic support only.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not share your personal business information without your consent. However, participation in live sessions with observers means some elements of your coaching journey may be visible to others.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials shared during the Challenge (templates, strategies, slides, etc.) are the intellectual property of Kingdom Legacy Blueprint. These may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Acknowledgment

By enrolling in the Legacy Launchpad Challenge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

Important Details:

This challenge is free, but requires a commitment to receive the full benefit:

To activate your sessions, you must either:

  1. Donate to a ministry, cause, or charity of your choice (any amount), and send a screenshot to [email protected]
    OR

  2. Sign the Legacy Launchpad Challenge Commitment Letter and return it to the same email above.

Scheduling is done via Calendly, and all meetings are held on Zoom.
You’ll be asked to schedule your sessions as close together as possible to maintain momentum throughout the challenge.
