Why Most People Will Never Become Great
Everybody wants greatness.
Everybody wants the successful business, financial freedom, impact, influence and legacy.
But Kobe Bryant asked the harder question:
Are you willing to make the sacrifices necessary to achieve it?
In this episode of Kingdom Legacy Blueprint, I break down Kobe Bryant’s Mamba Mentality and what Christian entrepreneurs can learn from his relentless pursuit of discipline, preparation, persistence and mastery.
But this isn't about waking up at 4 AM just to say you did it.
It's about identifying what God has called you to do, eliminating what doesn't belong, counting the cost and giving your best to the assignment He's placed in your hands.
We’ll break down three powerful biblical principles:
COUNT THE COST — What will your assignment require?
DROP THE WEIGHT — What do you need to release?
RUN TO WIN — What disciplines do you need to embrace?
We’ll also talk about Kobe’s intense preparation, his constant pursuit of improvement, what he told Matt Barnes about his “next 20 years,” and why the work nobody sees often determines the results everybody eventually sees.
Then I’ll walk you through a simple Greatness Audit:
1. What does this require me to DO?
2. What does this require me to STOP DOING?
3. Who do I have to BECOME to sustain it?
The question isn't simply whether you want the next level.
Are you willing to pay the price required to steward it?
